Why good papers get rejected
Most papers are not rejected for their science. They are sent to the wrong journal, in the wrong format, with incomplete paperwork. All three are avoidable.
Editors reject papers outside their journal’s aims and scope within days, whatever their quality.
Reference style, structure, word limits, figures and declarations change from one journal to the next.
Two rejections before finding the right journal can add half a year to a thesis or promotion deadline.

Türkiye
From desk rejection to peer review
“I had received a desk rejection and did not want to repeat the same mistake. They reviewed the paper, rebuilt the journal shortlist, and checked the submission requirements carefully. My next submission progressed to peer review.”
United Arab Emirates
A better-fitting journal
“I had already prepared the manuscript, but I was unsure whether the journal was the right fit. Elsford reviewed the scope, suggested better options, and helped me prepare the submission properly. The whole process felt much more structured.”
Saudi Arabia
Fit over impact factor
“What helped me most was the journal selection. I had been looking at journals based mainly on impact factor, but Elsford explained which ones actually matched the subject and type of paper. That saved me a lot of time.”
Jordan
Clear next steps
“I found the editor correspondence particularly useful. Whenever the journal requested something, Elsford explained what it meant and what I needed to prepare. I never felt unsure about the next step.”
Türkiye
Technical details covered
“The submission requirements were more detailed than I expected. Elsford checked the manuscript, figures, declarations, and journal formatting before submission. It was reassuring to know that the technical details had been reviewed properly.”

Do you guarantee acceptance?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Every decision is made by the journal’s editors and peer reviewers. What we do is remove the avoidable reasons for rejection, such as poor journal fit, formatting problems and incomplete submissions, so your research is judged on its merits.
Do you write or edit research papers?
We do not write, ghostwrite or author research, and we never change your data or findings. Our work covers journal selection, presentation, formatting, compliance with journal requirements and the submission process. You remain the author.
Which journals do you target?
Peer-reviewed journals indexed in Web of Science (SCIE, SSCI, AHCI or ESCI) and Scopus, chosen to match your manuscript’s scope. We confirm indexing for every journal on your shortlist before recommending it.
Are publication fees included in your price?
No. Article processing charges and submission fees are set by the publisher and paid by you directly to them. We show you the fees for every journal on your shortlist before you choose.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the support you need, from journal selection alone to full submission management. The first assessment is free, and you receive a written quote before any work begins.
